Carefield Manor & Dominion Community Guest Home
Carefield Manor and Dominion Community Guest Home are Residential Care Facilities (RCF) licensed under the Nova Scotia Department of Health & Wellness.
All admissions to the residential care facility are arranged by Department of Health – Continuing Care Branch. Continuing Care serves people who need ongoing care outside of hospital on a long-term basis.

Each client has their own furnished room with TV hook up and telephone service, an activity program suited to individual interests and abilities which keeps them as engaged as they want to be, and nutritious home cooked meals served under the direction of our registered dietitian.
Qualified Continuing Care Assistants /Residential Care Workers are on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and are committed to seeing that each client’s needs are met and their lives are enhanced as much as possible.
